  Whenever I've gone in with questions, I usually get a straightforward and helpful answer. I've even taken in unlocked phones that are not sold by Verizon that are compatible with their network and they have helped us get them activated and working. Only downside is that their phone selection isn't the best compared to other Verizon stores. It's nice to have workers who don't just tell you unlocked phones don't work instead of activating them. Customer service wise, it's one of the better Verizon stores.
